Mệnh đề that vẫn lùi thì như câu tường thuật thông thường.

Ví dụ
She insisted that he (should) stay.
The doctor recommended that I (should) rest.
Insist, suggest, recommend, demand + that + S + (should) + V nguyên mẫu (không lùi thì).
